Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

AI Fitness Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our marketing site, create an account, use workout and coaching features, or contact support. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the services.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile. When you register, we collect identifiers such as email address, name, and credentials you provide. You may optionally add profile and fitness-related information (for example goals, preferences, or health-related inputs you choose to save).

Usage and device data. We collect technical data typical of web and mobile apps, such as IP address, device or browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps. We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, preferences, analytics, and security.

Content you submit. Messages to support, waitlist signups, workout feedback, chat or voice interactions with coaching features, and files you upload (for example meal photos where offered) are stored so we can provide the service.

Payments. If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; we may receive a tokenized reference, subscription status, and billing-related metadata from the processor.

2. How we use information

  • To create and maintain your account and provide core product features.
  • To generate and personalize workouts, diet or coaching outputs when you use those features.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service; to detect abuse and enforce our terms.
  • To communicate with you about the service, security, billing, or support.
  • To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

3. AI and automated processing

Certain features use artificial intelligence or automated processing over the data you provide (for example workout plans or coaching replies). Outputs are informational and not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Do not submit special-category health data unless you are comfortable with it being processed as described here and in our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who assist us (such as hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, error monitoring, or AI inference providers), bound by contractual obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of users or the public. A merger, acquisition, or asset sale may involve transfer of information under safeguards described in updated notices.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs (for example tax or fraud-prevention records).

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights. You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link where provided.

8. International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your home country.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: use the in-app support flow when logged in, or reach us through the contact options published on our website. See also our Terms of Service.
